The 5/8" stud is ideal for ring lights, strobes, monolights, LED studio video lights, LED panel lights, and other devices with the 5/8" receiver
• Several Mounting Points- A 1/4" thread connects a magic arm or dual ball head adapter. Two M5 threads and two joining holes are designed for connecting another super clamp or magic arm camera mount for flexible application
